Paid Part- Time Training and HR Coordinator (Intern)

This position is open to college students and non college students.

The responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Design presentation templates

  • Develop visual content for social media channels including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook

  • Managing email and making recommendations to streamline processes

  • Managing incoming student inquiries

  • Develop a social media posting schedule that incorporates considerations such as web traffic and customer engagement metrics

  • Report on web traffic and statistics for each social media account. Strategically increase traffic to web site, and follow through.

  • Provide support on heavy administrative tasks

  • Create video snippets from podcasts and live stream footage

  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications required:

  • Experience with design software such as iMovie, Canva, Fivver and Squarespace

  • Must have your own computer or laptop

  • Must be willing to research proactively

  • Positive attitude and ability to be proactive

  • Self Starter

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to Detail

Hours, Pay and Location: This position requires 20 hours per month and can be done remotely. You will have weekly electronic check ins with the Lead Facilitator. Pay is $15 dollars per hour.
